Harding Rise House
Barrow Borough Council are leading on the development of a major new managed business space (16,000 sq ft) within the Waterfront Business Park, Barrow.
The scheme is funded 40% by Barrow Borough Council with the remainder met by the European Regional Development Fund.
The project is designed by Kendal-based Mellor Architects and Thomas Armstrong have secured a contract to build the development and the scheme is expected to be completed by January 2020.
