  • Post Code
  • Amount to Pay

The card details that you need to enter are your:

  • Card Number
  • Cardholder Name
  • Expiry Date
  • Issue Number
  • Start Date

(as applicable).

When will my payment be processed?

Payments can be made at anytime. The processing to the account to be paid will only occur Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). All payments made by 3.00pm will show on the account on the next working day. Any payments after 3.00pm will be included in the next days payments.

The processing to your card issuer will occur Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) the same day if paid by 3.00pm or the next day if after 3.00pm.

Can I have a receipt?

You will receive a confirmation of your payment on your screen after you make the payment. You can print this out as confirmation. Additionally, if you provide us with an e-mail address, your payment confirmation will be sent to you.

What if my card is refused?

Cards are not refused by Barrow Borough Council - they are refused by your bank. There are many reasons why this may happen and we suggest you contact your bank directly.

How do you protect my information?
