Mayor of Barrow - 2022/2023 - Councillor Hayley Preston 

Hayley was elected as Mayor for the Borough of Barrow-in-Furness on 18th May, 2022.

Hayley has been a Councillor for 11 years and is proud to be chosen to be the Borough's Mayor for the last year of Barrow Borough Council.  As Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead Member Hayley wants to celebrate charities who promote inclusion.  Hayley's Mayoress is her Mum, Jane Preston, also joined by her partner Consort Mark Semple.

Hayley said ' we live in a fantastic Borough, full of beautiful places and people and I want to celebrate this with you all.'
