How to use the General Enquiries Form

While using the form you will be prompted for details of your enquiry as well as your contact details.

You will receive an acknowledgement to confirm that your enquiry has been received.

You will then receive a full reply within 10 working days of the acknowledgement date from the Officer responsible for the service which your enquiry is about.

If a reply is likely to take longer than this, you will be informed as to when a reply can be expected.

You can send general enquiries to us using the on-line General Enquiries Form  or by emailing Customer Services.

Media Enquiries

Media organisations should use this form to request information from Barrow Borough Council. You will be prompted to supply your contact details for you and your organisation, as well as an indication of the type of information you require (interview/ quote/ pictures/ etc.).

We will attempt to reply in time to meet the deadline that you supply although this cannot be guaranteed.
