Leaseholders' Forum

An opportunity for leaseholders to engage with the council on housing-related matters. The Leaseholders' Forum will share information and discuss issues that affect leaseholders.

Leaseholders' Forum

All leaseholders are automatic members of the Leaseholders’ Forum.

Meetings happen around every three months at Barrow Town Hall and online.

Hear about issues affecting the management, maintenance, and services of your building. Leaseholders can raise concerns and give feedback to council officers during meetings. 

Dates of future meetings

  • Tuesday 19 May 2026 at 1pm in Barrow Town Hall.
  • Tuesday 8 September 2026 at 1pm in Barrow Town Hall
  • Tuesday 8 December 2026 at 1pm in Barrow Town Hall.

Attending in person

Leaseholders attending in person are asked to arrive at the housing reception desk (entrance via Cornwallis Street door) no later than 12.45pm to be escorted to the meeting room.

Joining online

Leaseholders can also join online using the relevant Microsoft Teams link.
