BARROW Town Hall has been closed to the public from Friday, March 20 as officials move to protect staff, residents and visitors from the coronavirus.


Barrow Borough Council provides a counter service for its Housing and Revenues and Benefits departments.


These face to face contact points have been suspended until further notice as we take all precautions available in line with expert advice on the worldwide Covid-19 outbreak.


Residents are advised officers remain on hand to help via phone or email.
