from over 3,000 locations, and by influencing policymakers.
All Citizens Advice Bureaux in England, Wales and Northern
Ireland are members of Citizens Advice, the national charity which
sets standards for advice and equal opportunities and supports
bureaux with an information system, training and other
services.

Office of the Legal Services Ombudsman
The Legal Services Ombudsman is a statutory officer who
investigates allegations about the improper, ineffective or
inefficient way that complaints about lawyers are handled by their
respective self-regulating professional bodies in England and
Wales. The Ombudsman is appointed by, and is answerable to, the
Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice.
