If you see waste that has

What is Fly-tipping?
We all generate waste either at home or at work. The
majority of householders and businesses dispose of this waste
in a proper and legal manner, however, there are people
who do not. Instead, they choose to tip waste in back
streets, in the countryside or on other people's land.
This is Fly-tipping.
