POSTAL VOTING
Applications to vote by post closed at
5pm on Tuesday 20 April for the elections on 6 May
PROXY APPLICATIONS
Applications to vote by proxy closed
at 5pm on Tuesday 27 April for the elections on 6 May
You can now only vote in person on the
day of the election at the Polling Station.
EMERGENCY PROXY APPLICATIONS
Emergency proxy applications can be accepted for a medical
emergency (which arose after 5pm on 27April) up until 5 pm on
Election Day 6 May.
These application forms are available from the Electoral
Services Office at the address below or are on the Electoral
Commission website at
https://www.aboutmyvote.co.uk/register_to_vote/apply_to_vote_by_proxy/emergency.aspx
These forms have to be countersigned by a registered medical
practitioner or registered nurse (or a manager of residential
accommodation or warden of sheltered housing accommodation if you
live in either of these properties) to be valid.
REGISTERING TO VOTE
Applications to register to vote closed on Tuesday 20
April. It is now too late to register to vote in the
elections to be held on 6 May.
You may still complete an application to have your name included
on the register of electors on 1 June by completing the form
below. Forms must be received by Monday 10 May.
