Role of the Licensing Committee

Terms of Reference:-

To consider and decide upon applications for licenses/consents for street trading, private hire and hackney carriages and any other licence applications/issues referred by Officers from functions delegated to them.  To consider and recommend any necessary changes in licensing policy.
