Role of the Planning Committee

Terms of Reference:-

On the basis of approved planning and other directly related policies to consider and decide upon:-

  • Applications for planning and related matters within the Borough unless otherwise delegated;
  • All building regulation matters unless otherwise delegated;
  • Footpath diversion and stopping up; and
  • The functions relating to High Hedges under Part 8 of the Anti Social Behaviour Act 2003.
