Managing Debt, and advice on
Ways out of Debt including how to apply to court for an
Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVAs), where you formally agree
to pay part, or all, of your debts over a period of time (typically
five years).
Are you worried about losing your home, being evicted or
becoming homeless?
The DirectGov web site gives advice on
keeping
your home, and also about the
Mortgage Rescue Scheme a package introduced to help home owners
who are having problems paying their mortgage and are at risk of
losing their home.
