This online facility means you can access a range of information
about your tenancy from the comfort of your own home.
What is SeeMyData?
SeeMyData is a free service that puts housing data securely on
to the internet.
You can use SeeMyData to view your rent account statement
and any repairs you have reported.
SeeMyData also allows you to request repairs and complete
repairs surveys and features many other functions giving you and
the Housing Service a portal for stronger, clearer
communication.
Once you are registered, you can access SeeMyData 24-hours a
day.
How do I access this service?
To access SeeMyData, you will first have to register for this
service. Once you have been registered, to log in you
will need your rent account number and a PIN
number. Registration and site use are free.
Security is important to us and you will only gain entry to the
system if you enter all logon data correctly. You will be
required to enter four individual items of data correctly to gain
entry to the system, and you will only be able to see the
information relating to your own tenancy.
If you don't have access to a home computer there is a
computer in the reception area of the Housing
Department which you can use to view SeeMyData.
How do I register for the service?
To register for the service, you will have to complete the
online registration form. As you will not have any logon
details, you should select the link to Register online,
from where you will be asked to provide your rent account
number, last name and date of birth as well as a memorable
word for security purposes. When you have registered, we will
send you your PIN number within five working days.

How will SeeMyData develop from here?
Additional functions are being developed for SeeMyData in
order to make it an even more comprehensive and efficient
