Renovation Grants are discretionary grants given to
owner-occupiers in priority areas, where the home is deemed
unfit. These grants are for major renovation works, such as
re-roofing, or the provision of an inside toilet. The grants
are subject to an assessment of the applicants ability to pay
towards the cost of the work.
Where a grant has been paid, conditions apply, relating to
future occupation and ownership of the property.
