Web Site Monitoring

Barrow Borough Council use monitoring services to alert us when our web server has a problem.

The web site is monitored at 5 minute intervals and we receive an alert if the web site is unavailable.

Monitoring of the availability of the web service is carried out by SiteImprove SiteAlarm.

We also use the SiteImprove SiteCheck service to monitor our web site for broken links. An email report, every 5 days, alerts us to any errors with the internal and external links on this site.
