Introduction

Many people only use our service when they suffer a bereavement and therefore know little about what happens. Some people do not prepare for bereavement and are unsure what to do when someone dies; this is made difficult because they are suffering from grief and are upset. It is often advisable to make preparation before someone dies, and our service offers independent advice on all aspects of the funeral.
This information is intended as an introduction to how the service is provided, what happens at a burial or cremation, and to give you an insight into all aspects of our service.
